Sometimes when I feel myself building toward anger about something, I find that exercise really helps me remove myself from whatever it is that is making me angry. Also, I've always found that a long, scenic drive listening to music really takes me down from being angry and soothes me. In general, if I'm able to talk it out with the source/person right off the bat, that is the best solution for me. I'm one that needs to communicate & 'talk it out' rather than fester & not discuss.

smlAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05343577605352421082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4343811236173976250.post-7605655700025588912009-10-18T20:59:16.906-07:002009-10-18T20:59:16.906-07:00I also don't toss it around, but that's an...I also don't toss it around, but that's another issue.Tamra Templehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16628123364197145524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4343811236173976250.post-63013080362940373532009-10-18T20:58:22.104-07:002009-10-18T20:58:22.104-07:00One thing I always alert people to is that they do...One thing I always alert people to is that they don't need to use a possessive pronoun when referring to anger (or illness). Anger is like a hot potato that gets tossed from person to person. Owning it is a choice which requires grabbing hold and claiming it. "Mine, mine, mine" is not a healthy approach to the energy of anger imho. So in answer to your question, I don't own any.

TamraTamra Templehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16628123364197145524noreply@blogger.com
