Each week I'll post a new coaching question for you to reflect on. I imagine some people will journal, some will discuss it over coffee with a friend, and others will ponder it in their favorite "quiet space": the car, a warm bubble bath, or on the hiking trail. If you'd like to share your insights, you're certainly welcome to.

I'm going to try this in list form:
1) I don't drink alcohol, smoke, or do any drugs.
2) I eat a low fat/high fiber diet...a lot of fruit & vegetables, seafood, chicken, & bran.
3) I run about 3.5 miles 3 - 5 times a week.
4) I take strength training classes at the gym I belong to.
5) I try to drink as much water as possible throughout the day.
6) I'm attempting to decrease my caffeine intake...we'll see how that goes!
I've always had a better than average diet, and I've always been pretty physically active, but I wasn't "treating my body like a temple" for a long time...so, I made some changes & now focus on treating my body the way I should every day.
I'll copy you, Shannon.
1) I walk 30 minutes every day
2) I do strength training 3 to 5 times a week
3) I eat well...lots of veges and I stop at or before I'm 75% full
4) I never, ever go on a diet...I eat whatever I want
5) I do a liver or intestinal cleanse once or twice a year
6) I don't eat much after 6 pm, unless we're watching a movie and then I have to have popcorn
7) I take/drink psyllium every day and take a selection of vitamins and herbs
8) I don't get hung up about organic food...if I choose to afford it, I buy it. If not, I bless my food and trust that everything's fine
9) I drink 3 to 5 liters of water a day
