Each week I'll post a new coaching question for you to reflect on. I imagine some people will journal, some will discuss it over coffee with a friend, and others will ponder it in their favorite "quiet space": the car, a warm bubble bath, or on the hiking trail. If you'd like to share your insights, you're certainly welcome to.

My favorite qualities about myself: that I'm (almost always) joyful and share that joy with others, thoughtful, appreciative, open-minded, resourceful, and smart.
One of my favorite qualities about myself is that I am a very good listener. People can vent, gripe, cry, or whatever, and I will always listen to them, and never complain.
I love that, Lynn.
That made me think about whether or not I'm a good listener. I'm a wonderful listener when I'm mediating and coaching. Yet when I'm with my husband, sisters, parents, cousins, best friend...I don't think I'm as good of a listener. I'm too busy thinking about what I want to say.
I hadn't really thought about that, how I can be two different people—two different kinds of listener. Thanks for that, Lynn!
