Each week I'll post a new coaching question for you to reflect on. I imagine some people will journal, some will discuss it over coffee with a friend, and others will ponder it in their favorite "quiet space": the car, a warm bubble bath, or on the hiking trail. If you'd like to share your insights, you're certainly welcome to.

I have been thinking about this a lot recently. How I love to contribute is by helping other people put their ideas out there in books. I work for space exploration and the environment, too.
I've been thinking a lot about this, too, Anna, and it's two-fold:
(1) I'm contributing to the world by creating a peaceful home for my husband, myself, and my sister and her family. How does this contribute?! It's just that simply, I think that "peace in the world" starts with "peace within yourself" and then your family, followed by neighborhood, community, state, country, etc...I'm thinking in geocentric circles, and it works for me. I also contribute to the world by consistently doing The Work. The Work has changed my internal world so much for the better, and I'm seeing it reflected in the world outside of me.
(2) I'm also contributing in the world when I serve as a facilitator—through mediation, The Work, and coaching. I have a gift for it, and it's a pleasure to share with others.
